Each print is meticulously printed and framed to your exact specifications, ensuring a personalised touch to your art. Because of this commitment to customisation, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Orders may not be changed or cancelled after 24 hours of purchase. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

24 hour return policy

Whilst I take great care in packaging and handling your artwork, I understand that accidents can happen during delivery. If, for any reason, your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please follow these steps:

 

  • Notify Me: Contact my customer support team immediately, providing details and photographic evidence of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return or Repair: Depending on the extent of the damage, I will assess whether a repair or replacement is necessary. In some cases, I may request the damaged item to be returned, while in others, I may arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

  • Resolution: I will work swiftly to either repair or replace the damaged piece at no additional cost to you.
